Weekly Yoga Classes
Susan offers an invigorating and refreshing yoga class. She emphasizes how to perform yoga and practical movements with the best form and alignment to decrease strain and increase mobility. Classes focus on breathing, developing awareness, balancing strength and flexibility, and cultivating movement patterns that create ease and restore balance in the body.

Schedule
Mondays: 9:00 am - 10:15am
Fridays: 9:00 am - 10:15 am
Classes are continuous. There are no classes held on major holidays.
Pricing
Drop ins -- $25 per class.
Punchcard available -- $125 for 6 classes
At the studio - due to Covid-19, classes are not held in person
We have extra mats, blankets, and blocks to share.
If you arrive early, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. You are welcome to enter the movement space 5 minutes prior to class start
time to set up.
